Dance Addiction Limited have secured Unit K, West Quay Road, Southampton an industrial factory premises extending to approximately 6,715 sq ft over ground and first floor.
Dance Addiction have fully refurbished the building to provide a new state of the art dance centre and propose to open for business during the late summer.
Premises has taken on a new Lease at a rent of £39,000 exclusive.
Goadsby acted on behalf of private investors while the tenants were introduced by Humberts.
