The Southampton Investment department of Goadsby has sold a detached industrial investment on the Northam Industrial Estate Southampton on behalf of a private investor. The property is located on an island site opposite the St Mary's Football Stadium and comprises a unit of 8,567 let to Zillwoods Ltd, sign manufacturers on a 10 year lease from August 2001. The property is held on a long lease from Southampton city council producing a net rental income of £25,450 pa after paying a ground rent fixed until 2016.
