FIREFIGHTERS have been seen outside a city tower block.
Six fire engines were spotted gathered outside Albion Towers this afternoon (October 10).
However the incident was not an emergency.
Instead, Hampshire Fire and Rescue have confirmed firefighters were taking part in a high-rise exercise.
The exercise, which began at 2.40am today, is ongoing.
