A LUCKY Isle of Wight resident has scooped a massive prize in a national lottery scheme.
Known only as Mrs. B, the Isle of Wight resident won top prize in the Thunderball, scooping £500,000.
According to Camelot, who run the scheme, she plans to invest with her winnings.
However, her first purchase was a Dreamliner ticket in business class.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “Huge congratulations to Mrs. B for winning this fantastic prize without even touching a ticket.
"After a few simple clicks she has banked a life-changing win.
"With many people leading busy lives, playing online is becoming increasingly popular.
"It means you can make sure your lucky numbers are always in the draw and your ticket is always checked.”
