AUTHOR of 'After the War on Drugs' is to hold a talk in Southampton.
Steve Rolles, senior policy analyst for the drug reform think tank 'transform', is to visit the Residents Gardens Pavilion on Abbotts Way.
The free talk is about the issues surrounding decriminalisation of recreational drugs- primarily focusing on how regulation of quality, supply and distribution could work after decriminalisation.
The talk will take place on November 11 at 2pm inside the Pavilion.
