Fire on Winchester Road, Fair Oak
A MAN was rushed to hospital after sustaining burns to his face when his cooker set on fire.
Crews from Eastleigh raced to the 45-year-old's home on Winchester Road, Fair Oak, at around 9am this morning (October 21).
A spokesperson Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said the man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, including burns to his face and arms.
The fire was cleared by 9.16am, the service added.
