AN INVESTIGATION into the death of a baby has been launched.
Jack Jarvis, of Abbotsbury Road, Bishopstoke died at Southampton General Hospital on December 19, 2017 aged three months.
An inquest into his death was opened at Winchester Coroner's Court on October 24.
Jack was admitted to Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester on December 15 and was then transferred to the hospital in Southampton, the court heard.
Senior coroner Grahame Short said the cause of the death is uncertain.
The inquest will resume in Winchester on December 18, 2018.
