A HAMPSHIRE company is offering a £100,000 reward for any information that enables police to find missing schoolgirl Rosemary Edwards.

Rosemary's father David works as a consultant to Tecton, of Fishers Pond, which is hoping the massive reward offer will result in detectives receiving a vital tip-off.

Rosemary, 15, of Wellington Close, Dibden Purlieu, has been missing from home for more than two weeks.

A Tecton spokesman said: "We are desperate to do anything we can to help David and his family find Rosemary.

"I would urge anyone who may be able to help to contact police with information."

Tecton designs security cameras and is urging its customers across the UK to check their footage for any sightings of Rosemary, who has highly distinctive waist-length blonde hair.

A police spokesman said: "The investigation team are continuing to follow-up a number of lines of enquiry.

"However, they are hoping the offer of a reward will provide them with a crucial breakthrough that will lead them to Rosemary's whereabouts."

Rosemary, a prefect at Noadswood School, Dibden Purlieu, left home on the night of September 4-5 after a family row.

When her father went to make sure she was getting ready for school the following morning her room was empty.

Police have searched several parts of the New Forest, plus Noadswood School and the grounds of several recreation centres in the district.

They have also examined Rosemary's computer and mobile phone records for any clue as to where she might be.
