A MAN was stabbed in a daylight attack in Southampton and has been rushed to hospital.
Police are currently at Gloucester Square where a large section of the car park is cordoned off, along with sections of nearby roads.

Police confirmed that a man was stabbed on Tuesday afternoon and is in a serious condition.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: "Officers are at Gloucester Square carpark, Southampton carrying out enquiries at the scene of a serious assault.
"Just after 3.20pm on Tuesday, 30 October a 50-year-old man from Southampton was taken to hospital suffering from stab wounds where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
"Officers are urging anyone who was in the area of the High Street, Gloucester Square, Briton Road or Lower Canal Walk between 2pm and 4pm yesterday, who saw anything suspicious call them on 101 quoting 44180408146."
