A FUNDRAISER shopping event and fashion show returns to Hampshire this month.

The Sparkle Party and Fashion Show returns to the Ageas Bowl on November 22 in support of national breast cancer support charity, Breast Cancer Haven which has a centre in Titchfield, Fareham.

More than 30 models will come together to model clothing from Next, with many models being those who have been affected by breast cancer.

One of the models on the evening will be Fiona Hopkins, a Breast Cancer Haven visitor.

Fiona said: “I was diagnosed with breast cancer on Christmas Eve 2015 and had a mastectomy the following February.

“My breast care nurses recommended Breast Cancer Haven and on my first visit I felt instantly at ease and comforted by both the staff and the surroundings – it really did feel like a safe haven.

“Breast Cancer Haven offered me ten free sessions of varying therapies.”

At the event, there will also be more than 25 stallholders selling various gifts and services as well as BBC’s Sam Fraser to compere the evening once more and share the inspiring stories of our models.

Hannah Galpin, Community Events Fundraiser said: “This event truly showcases those whom have been able to seek support and benefit from our services.

“We are also thrilled to have Next, in Hedge End, dressing our models.

“We look forward to seeing over 180 people on the night with tickets already selling fast.”
