ONE of Hampshire's busiest junctions was closed because of an overturned lorry.
The accident was set to cause chronic congestion in Winchester and on the M3 motorway.
All lanes are currently closed on the Winnall roundabout.
Howard Rhodes, the South East correspondent for Highways England, said: "Shortly after the lorry turned, a van crashed into the central reservation of the roundabout causing about 30 minute delays. This has since been cleared and teams are working to get the lorry back up the right way."
