THE cast of the the smash hit blockbuster Shrek the Musical visited a Southampton shopping centre.
The news comes after the musical launched at The Mayflower Theatre this week with performances set to run until December 8.
Shoppers at The Marlands got a chance to meet and take photos with the cast and the stage set on November 29.
Characters, including the Fairy Godmother and Pinocchio, took to the Marlands stage
They also surprised staff and customers at Marlands stores such as Costa, Stakks pancake house, the Pottery Studio and award-winning local chocolate shop and café, Fredericks.
The musical has retuned to the city following the huge success of the first UK and Ireland tour which included Southampton in 2015.
