HAMPSHIRE police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to about a flashing incident.
Officers say the indecent exposure took place in Andover around 12.30pm on Tuesday, December 4.
The incident happened on Smannell Road, near a pathway leading to Florence Court.
Police are now looking to speak to a man who has been described as aged between 25 and 35, around 5ft 6ins tall and with short black hair.
He was wearing a black leather jacket with silver zips, black jeans and a red/brown leather shoes
