AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:

Roy Edward Craven, 44, of Honeysuckle Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. Community order, fined £33 with £45 costs and £85 victim services surcharge.

Lubomir Ondrusek, 37, of Cotswold Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Community order, restraining order, £620 costs, £85 victim services surcharge. Also found guilty of criminal damage. Community order. Also found guilty of three counts of assault. Community order.

Wayne Lee Morris, 33, of Alexander Square, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to stealing a handbag and cash, value unknown. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months, and told to pay £500 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to stealing goods valued at £233 from Asda. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months (concurrent). Also pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods. Jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months (concurrent), and told to pay £150 compensation.

Carla Claire Matthews, 29, of Scallows Lane, West Wellow. Pleaded guilty, jointly with another, to stealing a child’s scooter valued at £29.99 from Aldi Stores. Handed 18-month conditional discharge, £225 costs, £20 victim services surcharge, £15 compensation order.

Rebecca Ann Willis, 32, of Surrey Road, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to assault. Restraining order. Fined £150 with £150 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Rachael Louise Hollins, 44, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Handed 18-month conditional discharge, £100 costs, £100 compensation order. Also admitted dishonestly making off without payment. Handed 18-month conditional discharge.

SOPHIE LOUISE LIGHTFOOT, 24, of Filton Road, Lymington. Found guilty of assault by beating and admitted damaging a Volkswagen Jetta’s windscreen. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Restraining order made to protect victim. Ordered to pay £373.76 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

DUNCAN CARBERRY, 58, of Northumberland Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault and pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and one count of assaulting a constable. Community order made, including requirement to complete 150 hours’ unpaid work. Restraining order made to protect victims. Ordered to pay £675 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

CHARLIE RHYS COOPER, 19, of Mortimer Way, North Baddesley. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and without relevant licence. Fined £160. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

WAYNE STEPHEN HINTON, 39, of Silverdale Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour, resisting a constable and wilfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

MACAULEY JOHN RICE, 21, of Montague Avenue, Sholing, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a pair of glasses and a fan in Anson Drive. Fined £80. ordered to pay £35 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

ABBIGAIL HANNAFORD, 42, of Dukeswood Drive, Dibden Purlieu. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £100. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
