POLICE have issued CCTV footage of a man after an arson in Totton on New Year's Day.
Police were called to Boothby Close at about 8am after reports that rubbish had been piled up against the door of a home and set on fire.
The resident put out the fire before any significant damage was caused, and no-one was injured,
