THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

DANIEL SHANE AYLING, 26, of Lebanon Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. Fined £250, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DANIEL SHARPE, 24, of HMP Dartmoor. Pleaded guilty to fraud and possession of cocaine. Jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

NICHOLAS HARRY WEBB, 27, of Field Close, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and drug-driving. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £250, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

JEREMY BARRETT, 31, of Little Dene Copse, Pennington, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 20 months, fined £400, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

LEE ROBERT BENNYWORTH, 35, of Tunstall Road, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to stealing a disc cutter worth £479 from Elliotts Builders Merchants in Ringwood. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £479 compensation, £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

MATTHEW PAUL KERLEY, 24, of Merritt Court, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to stealing £175 worth of chocolate bars from Euro Garages in Eastleigh, and a bicycle, breaching a restraining order, community order and suspended sentence. Jailed for three month and 11 weeks, and ordered to pay £115 compensation.

BLAINE ROBERT LATTA, 26, of Spring Road, Sholing, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without a licence or insurance. Banned from driving for six months, fined £200, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

LILLIAN TOWU-AGHANTSE, 31, of Withers Road, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £184 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Wendy Elizabeth Pearce, 30, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing a mobile phone valued at £300. Community order, £150 compensation order, £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. Community order.

Zachary Charles Lowe, 30, of Landguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to fraud. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months, told to pay £250 compensation.

Leon Kieron Terry Clarke, 32, of Unity Court, Southampton Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with community order. Told to pay £60 costs.

Craig Tony Read, 28, of Warren Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with community order. £100 fined, £60 costs.

Andrew William Jordan, 39, of Radcliffe Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Handed 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £168 compensation.

THOMAS OLIVER JOHN BATTLE, 30, of Nelson Close New Milton. Pleaded guilty to driving a Honda Civic on Ashley Common Road without a licence or insurance. Wilfully obstructed a police officer in the execution of his duty. Community order made. Unpaid work requirement of 60 hours over the next 12 months. Victim surcharge of £85, costs of £85. Banned for six months. Driving record endorsed.
