A TEENAGE boy was pushed to the ground in Lordshill.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident, which happened between 5pm and 5.30pm in Rownhams Road North, Lordshill, near the junction with Bakers Drove.
Officers say the boy was pushed to the ground by a man he did not know, but the teenager was not injured and ran away.
The man is described as being white, about 30 to 40 years old, about five feet five inches tall, of medium build, and had short, dark hair.
He was wearing tracksuit bottoms and white Nike Air Max trainers during the incident, which happened on January 10.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said: "Were you driving or walking in the Sutherland Road/Rownhams Road North/Bakers Drove area at this time?
"Did you notice anything suspicious?
"If so, please call us on 101, quoting the crime reference number 44190011692.
"Alternatively, people can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously."
