Man arrested following car theft and £26,000 burglary
A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of stealing guns, stealing a car, and taking £26,000 during a burglary.
The 27-year-old man is in custody after being detained by officers on Tuesday night.
Police say he was arrested in connection with a burglary in Mousehole Lane, Southampton, a burglary in Ashfield, in the Test Valley area, an aggravated burglary in Pembrey Close, Southampton, dangerous driving on Kendal Avenue, Southampton and possession a firearm without a licence.
A car was stolen during the Ashfield incident and £26,000 was stolen during the burglary in Pembrey Close.
Anyone with information on the incidents can call police on 101.
