A MAN who injured three people in a knife attack on Southampton Common, before being Tasered by police, has admitted the stabbings.
Nabil Errouam, pleaded guilty two counts of wounding with intent, kidnap, affray, possession of a bladed article in a public place and threatening a person with a bladed article in a public place.
It comes after police rushed to an area of Southampton Common, near the The Cowherds pub, on Thursday, December 13.
Officers were deployed just after 4.20pm following reports of a man with a knife threatening people.
Police sealed off the area and Errouam, 35, of Oxford Avenue, Southampton, was Tasered by officers.
An injured 17-year-old girl was taken to Southampton General Hospital for treatment and later discharged.
A 50-year-old man and 18-year-old woman were injured but did not require hospital treatment.
Appearing at Southampton Crown Court yesterday, Errouam pleaded guilty to six charges.
He pleaded not guilty to falsely imprisoning the 18-year-old, which was accepted by prosecutors.
Errouam will be sentenced on April 3, with the case adjourned for pre-sentence and psychiatric reports.
