POLICE searching for a missing Southampton man say they have found a body.
Officers searching for missing Godfrey Mukondo say a man’s body has been found in the water off Town Quay in Southampton this morning (Wednesday 30 January).
Formal identification procedures are ongoing at this time but the family of 41-year-old Godfrey have been informed.
A Hampshire police spokesperson said: "We are not treating the death as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
"We would like to thank everyone who helped support our investigation and shared our appeals."
