AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court were:

Andrew Charles Turner, 32, of Chartwell Drive, Havant. Pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in Hedge End. Fined £116, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Luke Philip Leslie West, 30, of Fawcett Road, New Milton, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to four counts of assault by beating. Given a community order, fined a total of £80 and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Matthew Brian Lampard, 27, of Worcester Place, Sholing, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment by sending threatening and harassing messages. Given a community order, restraining order, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Rebecca Esther Reid, 30, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words of behaviour. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

David Carl Huggins, 45, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Found guilty of four counts of assault by beating and admitted breaching a suspended sentence. Jailed for a total of 91 days.

Leanne Gemma Peters, 35, of Blakeney Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 14 months, banned from driving for 48 months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Dale Edward Ryves, 26, of Upper Barn Copse, Fair Oak. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Jailed for nine weeks, suspended for 12 months, given restraining order, and ordered to pay £300 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

Christian James Avery, 45, of MacArthur Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug-driving, driving without a licence and insurance, and possession of cannabis. Given community order, including 100 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for 48 months, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Katie Theresa Wellman, 35, of Bitterne Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug-driving and driving without a licence. Given community order, banned from driving for 12 months, fined £100, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Natalia Ntsintsi, 34, of Furze Close, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating and criminal damage. Given six-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £310 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
