POLICE have launched an appeal after a boy, 12, was assaulted in Southampton.
Officers say the boy was on a bike when he was assaulted on Shirley High Street.
Police say the incident happened near Santander, between 5.30pm and 6pm on Friday, January 25.
Officers particularly want to speak to someone who they say intervened in the attack.
