DOZENS of businesses have been recognised for their support to terminally-ill people in Hampshire.
More than 100 businesses from across the country took part in the Corporate Awards Evening organised by Countess Mountbatten Hospice.
The hospice based in West End provides support to people with life-limiting illnesses both at home and in the hospice.
This year staff at the hospice decided to launch the award to thank all those who have supported patients.
Lorraine Pink, head of income generation at Countess Mountbatten Hospice said: “This evening’s awards was a chance for the hospice to show our appreciation of businesses who have chosen to support our charity and make a difference to their local community. Congratulations to the winners, the nominees and to everyone who has supported our work over the last year - you never fail to amaze and inspire us with the remarkable lengths you go to in support of our hospice.”
