MOTORISTS are facing delays after a rush-hour crash on the M3 this morning.
The crash happened at about 7.30am on the southbound carriageway between junction 11 for Winchester and junction 12 for Otterbourne.
Delays are building in the area and a map by travel information service Romanse shows heavy traffic north of Otterbourne.
It is not known if anyone has been injured.
