ROBBERS attacked a man before stealing his phone and clothes, police say.
Police were called to Lower Highland Road in Ryde on the Isle of Wight at about 9.30pm on Tuesday after the 30-year-old man was assaulted.
A spokesperson from the police said the victim was not seriously hurt.
As part of the investigation, a 27-year-old woman from Ryde was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery.
She has been released under investigation.
Enquiries are ongoing.
