A MOTORCYCLIST has been left seriously hurt following a crash on a Hampshire road.
A 70-year-old collided with a central island kerb on the A35 Lyndhurst Road, Ashurst.
The motorcyclist was left with serious injuries, and remains in Southampton General Hospital at this time.
The incident happened last Wednesday, but police released details of the incident today as part of an appeal for witnesses.
A spokesperson said: "We’d like to speak to anyone who saw a motorcyclist collide with the central island kerb, close to the junction with Boakes Place, at around 10.35am.
"Did you see what happened?
"If you did, please call us on 101, quoting 44190053129."
