MOTORISTS are facing lengthy delays after a vehicle breakdown on the M27.
One lane of the westbound carriageway is blocked following the incident, which happened at about 7.45am.
The lane is closed between junction nine and junction eight and heavy traffic has built up in the area.
Motorists are advised to check their route before travelling.
