WHY is Ian Kruger, The Happy Hotdog man being persecuted by the powers that be?
They should welcome this wonderful gentleman on to their streets and award him with the Freedom of the City so that he can parade his hotdogs, I don't think he owns sheep, through the city of Southampton without fear of being arrested and spread his particular blend of joy to the masses.
Ian is only trying to earn a living instead of being another person on benefits, he should not be constantly punished for it.
As there are at present protests about other matters that we shall not mention perhaps we should have one for Ian and his hotdogs.
