Telford Gap, near Milford on Sea
THE Environment Agency is investigating after oil was reported off Milford on Sea.
A member of the public reported seeing oil on the beach on Friday evening (February 22).
The Environment Agency said following the report, they had spoken with several external partners including New Forest District Council and the Maritime & Coastguard Agency.
A spokesperson said: “There have been no further reports of oil in the sea off the Barton on Sea area. We will carry out further investigations into the report.”
