HUNDREDS of Hampshire school children continued preparations yesterday for the second night of Rock Challenge 2019.
Students arrived at Southampton Guildhall yesterday morning to prepare for the event, which brings together students for across the area for a night of music and drama.
Pupils from Richard Taunton Sixth Form College, St Anne's Catholic School, The Hamble School, Itchen Sixth Form College and Testwood School will all took to the stage last night to compete for a place in the finals on Saturday.
It follows Monday night's event which saw Redbridge Community School, Southampton, take top spot with their performance "It's Just One Straw".
The dance explored themes of plastic pollution in the world's oceans and what we need to change to be kind to our environment.
Tonight's performance begins at 6.30pm, with doors opening at 6pm.
A total of 40 Hampshire school will take part in the Rock Challenge this week.
