INDIE pop stalwarts The Vaccines and disco soul legends Sister Sledge will perform at New Forest festivals this summer.

The acts have been unveiled as the headliners at Smoked and Uncut 2019, a series of festivals which come to The Pig and Lime Wood in Brockenhurst in July.

The Vaccines are one of the coolest bands on the block and, with songs such as Teenage Icon and Dream Lover, they will be sure to get the crowd singing and dancing at The Pig on July 6.

Disco divas Sister Sledge will serenade Smoked & Uncut with seminal crowd pleasers such as We Are Family, Thinking Of You, and Lost In Music. With nearly 50 years of showbiz under their belt, these Sisters certainly know how to put on a party and will wow Lime Wood on July 27.

Harriet Rose will be DJing at both events. A hugely sought after DJ in London and internationally, Harriet spends her summers DJing backstage at festivals including Glastonbury. She has supported the likes of Craig David and performed sets at various celebrity and charity events including London Fashion Week.

Michelin starred chef Angela Hartnett will return with her pop-up field kitchen where there will be scrumptious seasonal Italian fare on offer. For those looking for something a little more spicy, Mark Hix’s Ruby Murray House is back - think home cooked curries with bhajis and naans all washed down with Hop House 13 Lager. Pop-ups aside, there will be lots more on offer, with crab shacks, BBQs, and of course vegan and vegetarian options too.

A glamping village will also return to the Lime Wood shindig.

Tickets are from £39.
