A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £800 after being found guilty of driving without due care and attention on a busy Southampton Road.
Southampton Magistrates Court heard Mark James Warwick crashed into the side of another vehicle while driving on West Quay Road on February 26.
The court heard that came after the 56-year-old, of St Mary's Road, Fratton, failed to clear a yellow box junction.
Sentencing Warwick, magistrates fined him £60, while ordering him to pay £720 in costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
Magistrates also endorsed his driving licence with four penalty points.
