AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court were:

Mitchell Simon Cornforth, 29, of Bourne Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £690. Victim surcharge £69. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Stephen Robert Greenwood, 31, of St Annes Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order. Community order made including being under curfew for three weeks. Victim surcharge £85.

Isaac Donald Noke, 26, of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.Fined £80. Victim surcharge £30.Costs £85.

MARK KERRY HAWKSWORTH, 46, of Foundry Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding on the M27 near Fareham. Three points on driving licence, fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

NATHAN THOMAS EDWARD JAMES, 24, of Hurts Road, Ringwood. Found guilty of failing to have insurance on two occasions. Disqualified from driving for six months, fined £276, ordered to pay court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £30.

WERONIKA ANETA KURP, 37, of High Street, Fordingbridge. Found guilty of failing to give information about a driver who allegedly committed an offence. Six points on driving licence, fined £660, ordered to pay court costs of £620 and victim surcharge of £66.

MAXINE DAWN MASON, 43, of Southgate Street, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to stealing designer jackets worth £596 belonging to Barbour and perfume worth £94.50 from Debenhams. Given nine month community order, fined £25 and ordered to pay £85.

STEVEN FREDERICK CASHMORE, 48, of Parkstone Lane, Plymouth. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving, driving without correct licence and driving without insurance in Southampton. Also failed to surrender to custody. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £320, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

THOMAS ERNEST TERRY FURSEY, 26, of Honeysuckle Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and obstructing a police officer. Also admitted committing an offence while on a suspended sentence. Community order made for 12 months. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and disqualified from driving for six months. Ordered to pay £500 in court costs and an £85 victim surcharge. Length of suspended sentence extended from 18 months to 24 months.
