A MOTORCYLIST was serious hurt in an accident on a Hampshire road.
The biker was hurt in a collision with a car in Portchester earlier today.
Hampshire Police said the incident took place in Portsdown Hill Road, at the junction with Nelson Lane, at around 11.04am.
The motorcyclist was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital with a leg injury, which has been described as serious but not life threatening.
No other injuries were reported.
An investigation is underway to establish exactly what took place.
A spokesman for Hampshire Police said: "Were you in this area at the time? Did you see what happened? Perhaps you have dash cam footage that may be relevant to our investigation?
"Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting the crime reference number 44190093265."
