A WOMAN breached her restraining order when she turned up at her victim’s home and asked for money.
Deborah Natasha Whiting attended her victim’s address, in New Milton – which she was banned from doing as part of a year long restraining order.
The 54-year-old, who admitted breaching the order, was fined £10 during an appearance at Southampton Magistrates’ Court.
Whiting, of St Anne’s Road, Bristol, was also made the subject of a 12-month community order, which will include 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement with the probation service.
She will also have to pay a victim surcharge of £85.
