WINCHESTER police are appealing for witnesses following a racist incident in a city suburb.
Drivers of a black VW Polo and a grey 4x4 had an argument at a chicane near the BECG building and one driver was allegedly racially abused.
It happened at 11.30am on Friday, March 12.
Any witnesses should call 101 quoting 44190086642.
