POLICE have issued a E-fit of a suspect they want to speak to about an incident in which a man was stabbed and robbed.

Officers were called to St Mary's Place in Southampton on March 23 by members of South Central Ambulance Service, who were treating the 21-year-old victim.

The man was knifed at the skatepark in Hoglands Park after being approached by a large group of men who stole his bank card.

After being stabbed in his left arm the victim then left the park and sought help in St Mary’s Place.

A police spokesman said: "Enquiries are ongoing to establish what happened and we would like to identify the person pictured as he may have information to assist our investigation.

"In addition we would like to hear from anyone who was in that area at that time and saw what happened, or who may have mobile phone footage of the group involved in the assault."

Officers have arrested three Southampton teenagers in connection with the incident.

Two boys aged 16 and 17 have both been released from custody but remain under investigation. A second 17-year-old boy remains in custody at this time.

Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting Operation Kim, or call the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
