NICHOLAS MARTIN GLENNON, 36, of Newton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress. Committed to prison for 6 weeks. Added to 18 week suspended sentence for previously driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Carlton Crescent while disqualified, making a total of 24 weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and Crown Prosecution costs of £200.

MARVIN DANIEL POLLINGTON, 28, of Victoria Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving on Peartree Avenue after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath was 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Also pleaded guilty to failing to stop after an accident. Committed to prison for 8 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. Ordered to take part in a drink impaired drivers programme. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and Crown Prosecution Service costs of £85.

JASON HEWETT, 44, of Nightingale Mews, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath. Committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and Crown Prosecution Service costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months, which can be reduced by 274 days by completing a course. Driving record endorsed.

DANIEL STEDMAN, 33 of Church Road, High Hampton, North Devon. Pleaded guilty to driving a Land Rover Freelander in Vantage Close and Berry Close, Southampton after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath was 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £950. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months, which can be reduced by 130 days by completing a course. Driving record endorsed. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. No separate penalty.

GEORGINA CATHERINE SYKES, 53, of Wattons Ford, near Ringwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota on the A338 at Ringwood after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath was 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Community order made. Fined £500. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner and driving without a licence and driving without insurance.

SCOTT LESLEY DAVID WILTON, 26, of Hurst Close, Chandlers Ford. Pleaded guilty to driving a VW Golf along Bournemouth Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath was 47 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £330. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £33 and costs of £385. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months, which can be reduced by 92 days by completing a course. Driving record endorsed.
