A HAMPSHIRE man who failed to report a crash has been fined.
Paul Kelly damaged two cars during a collision in Portsmouth on New Year's Eve.
Portsmouth Magistrates' Court heard how the 54-year-old failed to report the crash within a 24 hour period.
Kelly, of West Street, Portchester, admitted the charge.
He was fined £350 and ordered to pay costs and a victim surcharge totalling £120.
Kelly was also given eight points on his driving licence.
