MOTORISTS are facing rush-hour delays on the M27 this morning after a vehicle broke down in the 50mph zone.
Highways England says the car is stuck in lane one on the westbound carriageway between junctions eight for Bursledon and seven for Hedge End.

A recovery team is en route and motorists are advised to drive with caution in the area.
