A SHOPLIFTER banned from entering shops in Winchester city centre has been jailed for 30 weeks.
Michelle Humble, 34, of Hyde Gate, Winchester, was sentenced on Monday after admitting theft and breaching her Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that Humble stole a bottle of wine worth £9 from the Marks & Spencer store in High Street on April 11.
This was in breach of a CBO she was issued in November 2017, which banned her from entering any licensed retail premises within an area of Winchester, and having an open container of alcohol in the city.
After admitting the offences, Humble was sentenced to a total of 30 weeks in prison.
