Police have released CCTV images following a serious assault in a Southampton bar.

The assault happened at Revolutions in Bedford Place just after 2am on April 7.

A 31-year-old man suffered a broken jaw following the incident.

Now, Hampshire police have released images of men they would like to speak to in connection to the incident.

Daily Echo:

A spokesperson for the force said: "Do you know these men?

"We would like to trace them as part of our investigation into an assault that happened at Revolutions in Beford Place.

"A 31-year-old man from Eastleigh suffered a broken jaw as a result.

"If you recognise any of these men, or if you see yourself here, please get in touch and assist us with our investigation.

"Call 101 and quote 44190119915."

Police confirmed the incident happened inside the venue, by the toilets.

Dan Fudge, manager of Revolution, said: "We're not that type of venue, but we had a young guy who was assaulted after we closed and because we have CCTV images of all people who were in the venue at the time, we are helping the police.

"We want to help the police as much as we can and help to get these people identified.

"This type of incident doesn't happen here.

"We work as hard as we can to make this venue a safe place and want to do as much as we can to help police out."
