I am a Winchester resident and I am inundated with leaflets, menus and other rubbish that I do not want.
On my door I have “No leaflets” but this is ignored.
I am certain that these people cannot read. I suggest that they go back to school and learn.
You could also do what I do.
If any of this rubbish is put through my door, it is destroyed and returned to the sender with postage unpaid.
