HUNDREDS of runners made the most of the baking hot Easter Holiday sunshine with an event on Southampton Common.
Runners enjoyed morning temperatures of up to 15C as they ran around an area of the Common for a bumper edition of ParkRun on Saturday.
The free 5k run attracts hundreds of people every Saturday, with runners starting outside the Hawthorn Centre at 9am, before heading in the direction of the Bellemoor Tavern.
Runners then travel towards the top of Hill Lane, before looping round and returning back to the start line.
A junior ParkRun is held every Sunday at 9am.
Started in 2004, ParkRun is a collection of 5-kilometre running events that take place every Saturday at over 1,400 locations in twenty-three countries across five continents.
