HE WAS more than twice the legal drink-drive limit and has now been banned from the roads for 19 months.
Nicholas Anthony Windsor, 23, was near his home in Percivale Road, Chandlers Ford, when he was stopped by police on March 30.
He was found to have 76 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Windsor admitted driving with excess alcohol.
He was fined £322 with £85 costs and was also told to pay a victim services surcharge of £32.
