AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:

MUJHID KHAN, 30, of Butts Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of drug-driving and possession of cannabis in Southampton. Banned from driving for three years. Community order made for 12 months. Also ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85 and a court costs of £85.

PIOTR PIETROWSKI, 47, Chiltern Green, Southampton. Found guilty to causing criminal damage in Southampton. Community order for 12 months, including 80 hours of unpaid work. Als ordered to pay £1109 in compensation, £400 in court costs and £85 victim surcharge.

JAGJIT SINGH ROATH, 25, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis at Lakeside Country Park. Also pleaded guilty to drug-driving on Wide Lane. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined a total of £370, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

SADEQ AGHA, 24, of Mulberry Walk, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Southampton. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also fined £200, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

JOSHUA JORDAN THOMSON, 25, of Napier Road, Thornhill. Pleaded guilty to drug-driving in Southampton. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also fined £100 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30.

DANNY GEORGE GATTRELL, 31, of Westridge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of wine from Sainsbury’s. Conditional discharge for one year. Ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

JIN HAN SU, 55, of Lilac Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault in Southampton and using threatening and abusive words or behaviour. Community order for 12 months, including 169 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay court costs of £600 and compensation of £400.

MATTHEW WAYNE TAYLOR, 45, of Flowerdown Close, Calmore. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen in Blackfield. Also driving without insurance and failing to surrender to court. Disqualified from driving for 28 months. Also made subject of a 12 month community order. Also fined a total of £300.

NATHAN MICHAEL BRADLEY, 27, of George Street, Eastleigh. Admitted breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to comply with requirements of the order. Suspended sentence period extended from 12 months to 18 months. Also fined £100 and ordered to pay court costs of £60.

OWEN JOHN CATTON, 26, of Bridge Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching community order by failing to comply with requirements of the order. Order amended. Fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

DAVID JAMES GREGORY, 27, of Chadwick Way, Hamble. Admitted breaching community order by failing to report for unpaid work. Order amended. Fined £150 and ordered to pay costs of £65.

DAVID ARTHUR HOLMES, 37, of Kentish Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching community order by failing to report for unpaid work. Order amended. Fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
