A BROKEN down vehicle is causing delays on the M27 this morning.
One lane of the westbound carriageway is blocked between junction two for the A36 and junction one for Cadnam Interchange.

Travel information service Romanse says delays are building in the area.
Drivers are advised to check their route before travelling.
