A WINCHESTER man has been jailed for attacking a woman on the city's High Street.
Terence Richard Miller, committed the domestic violence on April 25, magistrates heard.
Miller, 36, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, was sent to prison for three weeks with the Bench saying he had failed to comply with the probation service.
He admitted the charge and also breaching bail by contacting the woman.
Miller was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
There was no order for compensation because of the custodial sentence.
