A DRINK-driver caught behind the wheel while disqualified from driving has been jailed.
Disqualified driver Aaron Shaun Folan was stopped on St Mary's Road in Southampton on April 12.
When breathalysed, the 37-year-old had 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Folan admitted drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
He also admitted breaching a community order.
Folan, of Bluebell Road, Swaythling, was jailed for a total of 18 weeks by magistrates.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
