AROUND thirty firefighters rushed to a blaze in central Southampton on Sunday afternoon.
The fire was in the first floor bedroom of a derelict property in Bernard Street.
Crews from St Mary's, Eastleigh, Redbridge, Totton, Lyndhurst and Beaulieu were called to the scene around 1.30pm.
They used four sets of breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and two jets to extinguish the fire.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue says everyone was accounted for during the incident.
A spokesperson for the service said the stop message was received around 2.25pm.
